Due to high growth and market demand, the business is looking for experienced sales performers to join the team and play a key role in commercial development and customer success.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Director/ New Business professional. You will be responsible for generating and developing a client base and sales revenue within your prospect base, focusing on network & security transformation within the mid-enterprise market. Supported by marketing and a highly competent solution architecture team, you will be accountable for pipeline generation, customer acquisition, continued business development and accurate reporting. Retaining the commercial engagement and client relationship with the new customers that you onboard, and driving revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate
You will be able to demonstrate a successful history selling complex IT solutions and managed services into UK based Medium Enterprise Businesses across the UK. You will be natural problem solver, strategic thinker and a highly motivated self-starter with a high degree of business acumen.

 

You will possess a comprehensive understanding of business architecture, technology trends, and the challenges that Enterprise IT teams face in the present day, with the ability to map technical solutions to strategic business outcomes. You must be a team player with strong leadership skills, excellent communication/presentations skills, and the confidence to engage with all levels of internal/external Operational, Commercial and Senior Leadership teams.

 

We’re looking for someone who can make an instant impact and hit the ground running, with a tangible and realistic strategy for generating new opportunities, nurturing prospects and managing complex sales engagements.

 

The successful candidate will be able to evidence the following criteria:

• 5+ years of solution sales experience.
• Proven, consistent high performance against targets and KPIs
• New Business Development and Business Planning skills
• Demonstrable knowledge of Business and Technology Transformation (Network, Security, Cloud)
• Ability to develop and implement a highly successful customer acquisition / growth strategy.
• Ability to engage with all levels of IT on a commercial, operational and strategic level.
• Ability to lead and win complex sales engagements and Commercial RFPs.
• Granular knowledge and experience delivering accurate commercial forecast/reporting.
• Experience & temperament to work independently from home and collaborate effectively.
• Valid UK Driving Licence required.


Location: Remote working – home based with travel where required


Reporting to: Head of Enterprise Sales

 

Salary: £50k base - 120k OTE (uncapped) plus benefits & scope to grow
