Technology Reseller Awards 2024 Winner

And the winner is...

It was a night to remember for the Principle Networks team at the prestigious Technology Reseller Awards 2024, as we claimed first and second place in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Project of the Year category.

Hosted at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, we travelled to the event nominated for three awards, Mid-enterprise Reseller of the Year, MSP Project of the Year – Framework and MSP Project of the Year – Hargreaves Services.

Our work with land development and infrastructure services provider Hargreaves Services was declared the winner in the MSP Project of the Year category. Our project with Framework, a Nottingham-based supported housing association, came in second and was 'highly commended' by the judges.

Russell Crowley, co-founder at Principle Networks, said:

To walk away with one award would have been a great achievement but to receive recognition for both projects is something we’re very proud of. It’s a testament to the team's hard work and commitment to providing the best possible customer service. Hargreaves Services and Framework have been tremendous and trusted us to implement these projects. They allowed us to bring our visions to life and deliver first-class network infrastructure for both businesses.

The winning entry saw us manage Hargreaves Services digital transformation from coal mining company to an expert in land development, infrastructure services and environmental and industrial projects. Our work reduced its annual spending on IT infrastructure by 66%, facilitating investment in new technologies and expansion into South Africa, Hong Kong and China.
However, the good news didn't end there. Our project with Framework was announced as the runner-up. We received recognition from the judges for designing and implementing a wireless network that led to a 59% year-on-year reduction in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) related tickets. Our work ensured Framework’s vital services are continuously available to some of the UK’s most vulnerable people.

Russell continued:

I’m so proud of the team and the work we’re doing. As a business, we’ve made great strides in recent years, and I think I speak for everyone when I say we’re excited about what the future holds for Principle Networks.

The good news doesn’t stop there! We’ve also been nominated for two more awards at the upcoming IT Europa Channel Awards 2024. So, watch this space for news on the results.
